In October 1959, the church purchased a piano with seven or eight families pledging to pay for it.
The new building was built in 1963 at a cost of $20,986.35. The old building was bought and torn down by one of the families of the church. Carl Elder was Pastor at this time.
Over the years, the Parsonage was remodeled and a carport was added. Mr. & Mrs. E.J. Strawn gave the church an organ in memory of Mr. Strawn's parents. As of 1978 the church had a total of 27 pastors during the 55 years of its history and was debt free.
